Kitchen hack of the week: 

Short of time in the mornings? Make yourself a protein packed breakfast within minutes: spray a coffee mug with some non-stick spray. Crack in two eggs with a dash of milk and beat with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and mix in some cubed feta or grated cheese. Microwave for a minute and a half, stirring after 30 second intervals.

Health tip of the week:

For a lot of people, after a busy day, supper is the first proper meal they have. This can lead to eating way too fast and too much. The first step is to ensure you are eating good quality foods regularly throughout the day to prevent that famished feeling come dinner time. Then, make sure you eat your supper slowly, sitting at a table (not in front of the TV) with no distractions, sip on a glass of water in between mouthfuls, serve your meal on a smaller plate and wait at least 10 – 15 minutes before deciding if you need more
